Are you looking for a cheap car for sale? You won't be disappointed since I have created this site for this purpose.
Many of my friends and I have bought our cars from car auctions. Don't be surprised if I tell you that many of them are in good working condition and some as new as 2 months old. These are all repossessed vehicles seized by banks and government agencies for loan and tax defaults.
So if you want to get a good bargain, you can check out the repossessed car auctions that are happening now.
Craigslist. And newpapers, everywhere. Just have to be patient.
As for running great… People usually sell those old cars because they don’t want to fix it anymore.

there are many good reliable cars nowa days. i am a ford man and i can tell you you shouldn’t have many problems with a ford, given the previous owners have taken care of it. my uncle had a ford escort and he drove it for along time when he finally took it to the junk yard it had about 250,000 miles on it. any car that can withstand that long has to be built excellent. he had few problems with it and when it did have problems they were minor and usually could be fixed within an hour or so and was very cheap to fix. so personally i thing an escort would be a great choice.
There are tons of great old cars that still run. Just be sure you get all the maintenance records and try to have as few owners as possible. I would check:
